Absolutely horrible

I gave 1 star only because zero was not an option. Tried everything to purchase add-ons from inside the app. Uninstall, re-install, shut down, restart OS; download from app store vs. directly from the site. No luck. I really liked the way this appeared to work. Unfortunately, I cannot send invoices to clients with the easy books watermark on it. No information in the knowledge base about this problem and it will take 2 days to respond to new questions. I dont have time for this, I have a business to run. Thanks for wasting my time!
